On Thursday, Mar 26th I was on The View From The Bay to help three women that decided they were ready to move forward and take a step towards a Stellar Beginning. A Stellar Beginning is as easy as 1-2-3. Click here to see this segment.

The first step toward any goal is the most important - and the one most of us put off.  All you need to do is: 
     1. Decide: that you are ready for something new.

     2. Declare: state your intention to others

     3. Pursue: find opportunities to do it - or find people doing it you can learn from

Once you decide you are ready for something new, you're good to go.  You don't need to know Step 5 to take Step 1. You just need to commit to begin and declare your intention to others in a position to move you forward. Once you do that, others can help you pursue and identify your next steps.

So -- Decide, declare, and pursue your dream or goal with action in mind. These steps bring you support and movement from others.
